Nestio Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Giving consent
By confirming this Consent through a separate action in Nestio, I freely and voluntarily authorize the Administrator of nestio.ru to process the voluntarily provided personal data listed below for the app features I choose, including in the AppGallery version, and the web interfaces at lk.nestio.ru and chat.nestio.ru.
This Consent concerns my own data. When connecting a child, the parent confirms this text separately from consent for their own data, acts as the child's legal representative in the child's interests and gives consent for the child whose profile is identified in the connection form. The Administrator of nestio.ru must verify the parent's authority.
This Consent applies where consent is the lawful basis for processing. Data necessary to enter into or perform the user agreement or fulfil statutory obligations is processed on the corresponding independent basis, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Data, purposes and operations

Processing includes collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to specified recipients, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated and, when handling requests, may also be non-automated.
Data is made available to family members according to roles and visibility settings and to selected message recipients. Depending on the feature used, external services may include HUAWEI ID for sign-in, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, Google STUN for establishing calls, Open-Meteo and MET Norway for weather and the system geocoder for location labels. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes the data transmitted and the conditions for access by technical processors. This Consent does not authorize disclosure to the general public and does not replace compliance with statutory requirements for cross-border transfers.
General confirmation of this Consent does not enable location or push notifications: the user chooses these features separately. A device permission does not itself replace consent where consent is required by law.
3. Confirmation, duration and withdrawal
Consent is given through a separate checkbox or a separate button clearly indicating consent to this document. Visiting the website, signing in, accepting the user agreement or reading the Privacy Policy does not, by itself, give this Consent. The account identifier, text version, confirmation date and time are recorded; for parental consent, the relevant child's profile is also recorded.
Consent remains effective from confirmation until it is withdrawn or the relevant processing purpose is fulfilled, whichever occurs first. A change to the Privacy Policy does not expand consent already given.
Consent may be withdrawn in full or in part by contacting hello@nestio.ru, identifying the account and the request; a parent also identifies the child's profile. Account ownership or representative authority may need to be verified.
Following withdrawal, processing based on this Consent stops. Where no other lawful basis for retention exists, data is destroyed within 30 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal; any shorter mandatory statutory deadline takes precedence. Withdrawal may limit the relevant additional feature and does not automatically stop processing necessary to perform a contract or comply with law.
Account deletion and the 30-day period for possible restoration are governed by the Privacy Policy. The restoration period does not authorize continued processing for which consent has been withdrawn without another lawful basis. Backup retention does not extend the applicable destruction deadline.

Administrator of nestio.ru means Andrey Vladimirovich Valegzhanin (Валегжанин Андрей Владимирович), a natural person, the developer of Nestio and the personal data operator for users of the website and application. Location: Moscow, Russian Federation.
